The D-Cel harness is designed for race vehicles that run on rough terrain and are prone to multiple impacts. The D-Cel does not attach to, nor is it held in place by the seat belt.
Reduces neck tension by 45 - 70 % (in lab testing)

Quick 1 time adjustment, no adjustment to the seat system needed, and there are no issues with getting in and out of the car.

The D-Cell harness wraps around the occupant and relies on the pelvis to anchor the system.
